Two programs revolving around personal development and professional skills
The HR Business Partner Academy consists of two programs: ‘HR Business Partner with Impact’ and ‘HR Business Partner in Change’. You will be improving your personal qualities during and after the modules by working on effectiveness within the relevant competencies in your position as HR Business Partner. Your skills and expertise will increase by learning more about (change)management and organization. In every module there is special focus on the practical translation of the lessons learned onto your own work situation. Close counseling, business assignments, case studies, (self) assessment instruments and feedback are all part of the program.
Program: HR Business partner with Impact
Target group: for experienced, ambitious HR professionals.
Target: you are ready to take the next step and become a technical/strategic management consultant. You are aware of the most important qualities for this position: professional insight, authenticity, impact and a growing belief in your added value for who you are.

The dates for the HR Business Partner with Impact program 2011 have not yet been scheduled.
Program: HR Business partner in Change
Target group: for reasonably experienced HR professionals who are supervising (supervisors of) complex organizational transitions.
Target: you are aware that as a successful HR Business Partner you are primarily valuable to the line management for your insight in the ‘soft’ side of change, your talent to mobilize people, apart, naturally, from the required knowledge of ‘change management’.

Module 2: 19 and 20 May 2011
Module 3: 23 and 24 June 2011
Module 4: 1 and 2 September 2011
