Higher & Company has developed independent, objective and culture neutral assessment methods. De assessment centres serve multiple purposes. Our assessments will help you select the right people for key positions in your organization as well as serve developmental purposes. Our assessment centres are particularly unique for their culture neutral factor. They ensure that each participant, from any cultural background, starts from the same level. In the light of the changing professional population in the Netherlands and the (most likely) changing constitution of your staff we feel that this is a vital quality for an authoritative advice. 

 

De assessments will deliver a secure and highly portentous outcome enabling you to carefully describe your functions and link them to your business needs. We are clear on any organizational risks associated with hiring individuals. Furthermore, we will transparently outline the (possible) gap between competences and requirements. We will also design a development programme to fill possible gaps and diminish the risks. Our assessment consists of a capacity test, two personality questionnaires and real life simulations. For the real life simulations we use experienced actors. This way, we will be able to play out real situations as true as possible and candidates can be judged thoroughly and fairly. However, you may choose to perform only only one or two parts of an assessment, for instance as part of a development programme.

 

Higher will compose a customized offer for your organization. During the first (intake) interview we will focus on your needs and suggestions. Your thoughts on the assessment candidate will be considered in the design of the assessment. Before the start, we will run you through the entire assessment programme. Every step is explained and you will get a script of the day.

 

At the end of the assessment day the candidate receives a first impression of our findings. If the candidate agrees we will also inform you of the first results. Within a week after the assessment a full report on the nature of the recommendations, including concrete clarifications will be presented to you. If necessary we will clarify the report in person.
